In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days from purchase then you can return any physical products for a full refund.
We appreciate the chance to put things right before you return so please reach out for technical support first – team@agricision.com
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Digital products including veriTrak are consumable products and will not be refunded if they have been used or activated.
For warranty returns outside the 14 day period we will arrange for the products to be repaired and returned to you within 10 days. If this is not possible a replacement will be provided.
